...It was with a great sadness that I heard of the passing of John Entwistle the inspirational Bass Player from The Who. Any of you who have heard this man play will know that he was at one with and a part of the bass he played. Listen to My Generation, its raw alive but now sadly he’s gone but he lives on within the music of The Who.
There was and is in my opinion one other who was, indeed is a contender for the accolade of the greatest Bass man of all times. A man who has survived as a founder member of a group that has changed line up a myriad of times, a group who have changed from Blues to Soft Rock, a group that evolved in the 60’s. Who is this man, who is the Group?

...Now before I start this review properly I'd just like to warn everyone that I'm a massive Freddie Mercury/Queen fan so my review is written from the perspective of someone who knows all of Queen's hits and a lot of their other music and background. If you're a Queen fan, especially if you enjoyed the Made In Heaven album, then you will love this album. If you're not so fussed on Queen, stick with me anyway, Freddie is a little different on his own, slightly more poppy and there are a few ballads in there for good measure.
The Freddie Mercury Album is, well I'm not sure if it was an album which Mercury created himself and released singles off, or if it's just a collection of varying songs he's done on his own over the years.
