...Martes is a very singular electronica album. It would be fair to compare Fernando Corona to Chris Clark. These are both artists that re-invent clichéd genres of electronic music. Fernando favours a mixture of operetta, classical music and musique concrète. He blends this repertoire with minimal techno. Although it could be argued that his techno is 4/4 most of the time, this is precisely what makes Martes a compelling album; and thus, Fernando Corona an interesting artist. Martes was released by the Leaf Label in 2002. It contains 9 tracks and has a total running time of 52 minutes approx. The first thing that strikes me about Martes, on a commercial level, is the fact that this album is able to please both purists as well as the casual listener. Martes kicks off with Memoria. ...Ok Welcome to this review on " the best air guitar album in the world " Vol.2. Well I got this album for my Christmas in 2002 I think, after my dad got the first 1. I kept hinting every time we went shopping and on Christmas day I woke up to find it in my stocking. This is a double disk CD by various artists comprised for air guitar rockers around the world. There are lots or artists old and new from Queen to alien ant farm. Brian Adams to Alice cooper, and so on. I will go through the songs individually on each disk. But first, what's included. Well there are 2 disks, one yellow and one pink. 44 songs in total so that's 44 air guitar moments to savour and enjoy over and over again. A leaflet with each song and the people behind the song. Advantages: Acoustic mix of talented artists - Bonus DVD featuring live performances

...!" The very best of MTV Unplugged 3 is an excellent compilation album covering some of the greatest tracks in an acoustic setting. The inclusion of the bonus CD showing the live performances allows this to be far exceeded in its value, especially considering over half of the tracks are previously unreleased versions. I'd recommend this album even if you have never heard of the artists before, as this will be a fantastic introduction into a different level of sound, especially with bands such as "Live", "R.E.M", "Kiss" and "Alanis Morissette" Album running time is 1hr 16 minutes, the longest running at 6 ½ minutes. The very best of MTV Unplugged 3 can be purchased from most good music retail outlets, and generally has a RRP of £10, although of courses prices vary considerably in different shops.... Read review
