It was another saturday night sat at home with friends watching tv, drinking beer and setting the world to rights and then......... "Too much, Too young, Too fast!"...we stopped talking we looked at the tv and we were in awe!!!! Yes okay they look and sound very similar to AC/DC and with the fact that like AC/DC they have 2 brothers in the band...Ryan O'Keeffe on drums and Joel O'Keeffe lead guitar and lead singer, (the band also comprises of David Roads on Guitar and backing vocals, plus, Justin Street on Bass and backing vocals), thay have also stated in interviews that AC/DC are one of their main influences, they do have their own way of doing things and they seem to be doing it pretty darn well.
I have to say that of the 11 tracks on the cd 'Runnin Wild' that they have slammed together (with the amps on 11) track 3 'Too much, Too young, Too fast' has to be my favourite, its got great riffs, brilliant vocals and such an amazing beat that gets your feet tapping and your head banging the second it starts!!!!
With every single one of the tracks written by the O'Keeffe brothers, they really are very imaginative and explosive with their words and playing.

So if you want some good rocking, with a heavy beat that will get you jumping around and nodding like a churchill dog then this is the cd you need to get your hands on, im so glad that i did (even if its been nabbed by my other half and is now in residence in his car).
In the words of Airbourne "C'mon Drink your Beer, drink your wine, lets have a good time!"
Advantages: Blues-rock guitar orientated band more than hold their own in modern times. Disadvantages: I truly can't fault this album
...namely fellow Aussies ACDC (Bon Scott era). Although having said that, i find Runnin' Wild to be far more up tempo and energetic than any single ACDC album.
Outstanding tracks:
Blackjack
Runnin' Wild
Dare i say it, this is the best album i've bought in a long time. ...

...=== Runnin' Wild ===
I bought "Runnin' wild" today for £8.00 i must say for £8.00 this is great value for money an eleven track album that isnt short of energy and excitement. I also have to say they are one heck of an amzing rock band, with their back to basic rock riffs and interesting solos and screaming vocals. This band is something that rock music needed and even though they have limited air time due to the genre not fitting in with the "popular" ... ...and have the potential to be one of the biggest bands of today.
I am truly impressed with the album and given that the music market today is centered around "gangster rappers" or screamo music this is a refreshing break from the droll of computer generated drum beats and un interesting lyrics, and a good hard kick straight back into rock and roll! The album itself clearly has songs which would be more popular than others, but not one song is not ...

Advantages: brilliant music Disadvantages: if only there were more songs
When i first set sight on this explosion of pure rock n roll i can honestly say my heart stopped!
So many years have gone by with a lack of new bands to inject todays society with the pure rock n roll thats lacked birthing in the music scene for many years. Airbourne are a complete breath of fresh air.
These australian rockers blow is away with their album 'runnin wild'
Very much inspired by old school rockers ACDC, Airbourne bless heir listeners ...
