I will start with the cast, as they are the building blocks to any half decent programme, there are a group of five "regular" actors featured in every episode, these are -
TREVOR EVE - who plays Ds Peter Boyd, who was once a no nonsense copper who was allocated the resources of a new department and a small group of staff specifically to solve the unsolvable. He has a year to prove his departments worth.
Trevor Eve's character is funny, sharp, intelligent and at all times there is an underlying current of sadness, which the reason for this becomes apparent a little further on in the series. He always also gets far too attached to every case, only being dragged back from the edge by his side kick and friend Grace Foley.

I?m not sure whether this is intentional, but in the process of describing each and every character?s appearance, significant or (more often) not, the author manages to make everyone in the story sound like they?ve been thrown out of Cirque du Freak for scaring the kids too much. Adam Chase, then, is a returning son of a small North Carolina town who was previously exiled; his acquittal on murder charges apparently insufficient to convince a suspicious populace.
But now he?s back, and he?s not taking any rubbish. Damn, no. The heir to a substantial fortune, he fancies patching things up with his estranged family and ex-girlfriend. Bad things, specifically dead bodies have a habit of following in Adam?swake, however (not in an arms-aloft, groaning zombie kind of way, although that might have made ...

Upon purchase of this album there was a big lime green sticker telling me it was the 'Hardcore album of the Year'. This should be good hopefully?
Comeback Kid is a band from Winnipeg, Canada. Formed in 2002 they started just as a bit of fun. Upon release of an EP, they gained such a good response that they began touring. They released their first album 'Turn it Around' and appeared at shows such as Hellfest and began touring with some bigger named hardcore bands.
They describe themselves as sounding like Good Riddance, Anthrax and Nirvana.
They released their second album 'Wake the Dead' under Victory Records in February 2005, to much anticipation.
