Advantages: New search engine (Bing) is colourful and vivid with nice and fun to read info. Disadvantages: Some features are still not working properly, Fewer reviews and a slower site.

I made my mind up some months ago not to enter any kind of competitions because of certain reasons but I thought that this time I would make an exception, and write about the Ciao-Bing new design. Ciao introduced the ?Bing? into Ciaoland over six months ago; quite honestly, I hadn?t heard about Bing nor seen it before so it was completely new to me, as I?m a ?google? girl and haven?t been into ?bing?-ing as of yet!
I won?t talk about the Bing search engine or its home page as I believe ciao is organising a separate Product of the Week review (PoW) about Bing.com! Anyway . . . I believe I have a different view and a slightly different opinion than many other members. I actually like the new Ciao design! Do I sound crazy? Out of the world? Maybe! I recently purchased this electronic storybook in a car boot sale for my grandchildren to use when they come for a visit and they are absolutely enthralled by it.
The book measures 31 cm by 22 cm and has a picture of Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket featured on the front. On the right hand side there is a green plastic strip with 10 pictures representing the buttons on it which can be pressed. Each button gives of a different whimsical sound effect - some sounds, some music and some voices.
Of course everybody knows this fairytale of Pinocchio - Gepetto an old wood carver, wishes that his wooden puppet, Pinocchio was a real live boy. In this book the story has been adapted byRonald Kidd and illustrated by Mateu.

Doing a review on bing.com I thought it prudent in the beginning to have a comparative write-up of existing search engines but the practicality of my purpose is hardly feasible. Let?s just have check of the best available search engines. This is what you get with a google search:
1) Ask. 2) Yahoo. 3) Alta vista. 4) MSN. 5) Bing. 6) Cuil. 7) Lycos. 8) Hotbot. 9) Crawller. 10) Dogplie. 11) 20 search. 12) All the web. 13) AOL seach. 14) Ebay. 15) Exite. 16) Gigablast. 17) Iwon. 18) Google. 19) Joeant. 20) Mamma. 21) Netscape. 22) Open directory. 23) Webcraler. 24) Wikipedia
Of course not in that order, you just can not make a comparative study, they all have their specialties. But let me restrict my self to google and bing. Google, because it?s generally considered as the best and unarguable the most widely used.
