"Saints and Sinners" was the ninth album of this Durch Oi / hardcore band from Eindhoven Rock City. Troughout the years Discipline developed from a more hardcore orientated band to a more classic oi outfit. Being great football fans of local heroes PSV Eindhoven it isn't surprising to notice some classic hooligan anthems on this album. The first track "everywhere we go" sets the tone. A more than decent production, catchy guitar riffs and songs with a high sing along potential are the standard on this cd.
Lyrically the outlaw live is being put in the spotlight besides the love for football and rock and roll. (Hail hail Rock n Roll / Rebel without a cause )
Personally I consider this one to be the best cd Discipline has made up till now. Released in 2002 on I Scream records this album is overall the most solid discipline has ever made. There are no really bad songs, the songquality is high from first till last minute. Naming one song thats the so called best song on the album would not be fair to the other compositions. If you ' re into bands like the business, agnostic front, second chance, cocksparrer, argy bargy ... you should give this cd a try. Football hooligans, society's rejects, rock n roll adicts have a nice new collectorsitem with this one. The last two songs on this album are instant timeless classics (These boots and rebel without a cause).
