San Tropez - Marc Ricci

Advantages: After a while the lighter notes shine through.
Disadvantages: Initially it smelled musky ( on my skin )

...The Nina Ricci fashion house was founded way back in 1932 and although Nina had worked in the business for a number of years by the time her own label was launched Nina was just over fifty years old. Nina lived a long life and died in 1970 at the grand age of 87. I have just been reading a few facts about her perfumes and one of them really caught my eye, Nina has one very famous perfume called L`Air Du Temps and the glass bottle was designed by Marc Lalique. I am sure that we have all seen the Lalique glassware being shown on the antique programmes and have been astonished at how collectable their work is. Earlier this year a new Nina Ricci perfume was launched, called `Ricci Ricci`, I have had a quick tester spray but that is my lot so far. Advantages: Nice even colour, can see where it has been applied already

...*Introduction* The St Tropez autobronzant is a thick lotion which you apply on your face and body, and then leave to absorb for 4 hours before washing off to reveal your tan. It promises to be 'non-greasy' and 'quick drying' with a 'relaxing aromatic scent'. It comes in one shade only, but you can reapply two nights in a row to deepen the tan. I have really pale skin that doesn't tan at all naturally, so I have to be careful what fake tan I use as I can be left with orange coloured skin! *Packaging and Price* The packaging is quite simple and whereas most fake tanning products come in a brown or orange bottle, it is distinctive as it comes in a white bottle with black writing. When buying, look carefully at the bottle to check you have the right product though as the St Tropez body polish comes in a very similar bottle... Read review
