This album is ideal for those people who want to ease into hip hop gently. The album is perfect for a workout as most of the tracks are high energy with the slower ones to allow you to warm up or down. Each track has it's own special place in the film and when you listen to the album you remember what happened on each part of the film. The best time to play this album is during a girls night in or just before a girls night out, and the album is a good end to watching the film as it means that you can savour every memory of Derek's dancing. My experience of this album was one of pure energy and i found it hard to keep my feet still.
