Advantages: Helps tackle Depression/PMT Disadvantages: Can effect other medication
Not long ago my friend battled through depression. It was an extremely difficult time for her, during which she spent a lot of time seeing doctors, trying new medications etc. She finally managed to lift herself out of it. But not from the help of the doctors but from this herbal remedy called StJohns Wort that she got from Holland and Barrett...for less than £5!
