Advantages: Some excellent ideas, exciting projects and lots of information Disadvantages: non
Scrapbooking used to be a favourite occupation during the Victorian era.
My Grandmother was an avid scrapbooker and I still have 2 of her albums, filled with snippets of all the greetings cards that she had received over the years.
In he past I have made many scrapbooks with my children,a way of entertaining them on a winters day,its an inexpensive hobby that can keep anyone occupied for hours.
The magazine is exactly as it describes itself..inspirational..
Very individual ideas pop up,making table setting place names, ideas for making customised napkin rings.
An idea that will really have appeal for the children..how to make a theatre and characters to put on a show.
A recently featured idea was how to display family photographs in a fun way !

Advantages: more photorealistic clipart, PDF output, big range of clipart & projects Disadvantages: a bit slow in places, some instabilities

The new features over version 2 aren ...
Advantages: Great magazine Disadvantages: Could offer more freebies
Wonderful magazine with lots of ideas and inspiration. The resident crafters are very skilful, helping readers to try new things all the time and offering advice. The magazine is very good quality with lovely colourful photographs throughout and good advertisments. They also give lists of helpful websites worth visiting and real shops in order of county. Readers can send in their creations to be displayed on the "Reader's Gallery" in the magazine
The letters page is entertaining and informative, I alway like reading what other crafters are getting up to. There could be more freebies given away with the magazine though. For £3.99 - most craft magazines of this price range give great gifts every month. I still recommend this book to anyone starting off or experienced scrapbookers - it is a very addictive hobby! ...
