this latest CD from Secret Garden continues to blend the Irish and the Norwegian musical traditions. If you enjoyed "You raise me up" sung by Russel Watson, Barbra Streisand or Westlife, you may not have realised the song was written by Rolf Loffland of Secret Garden. This CD includes some more wonderful tracks with the same lyricist, Brendan Graham. Depending on the country of origin of the CD, the songs may be sung by Russel Watson or Brian Kennedy, but in eithercase the lyrics are haunting. I only wish Secret Garden would perform live in the UK, they seem to spend most of their time in the far east and Australia. I have all their CDs, and Earthsongs in certainly one of my favorites.
