Self destructive patern kicks off with Violent Mood Swings, that let everyone know they were back and heavier than ever.
They mix heavy guitar's with melodramatic singing.
After hearing Spineshank's other albums, i bought this one too, some of the songs on this album aren't quite as heavy as their older albums, which i think is a good thing, as it give their music more variety. I love the lyrics on this album, and their sound. My favourite songs on the album are 'Smothered' and 'Forgotten'. Some of the songs on this album are also in the film 'Freddy Vs Jason' - 'Beginning Of The End', 'Slavery', so if you liked the music from this film, then i would recomend this album. I have played this album to lots of friends, and they all thought it was great.
