Advantages: Innovative mission system; beautiful graphics; great character customization Disadvantages: Still full of bugs; serious lag problems in populated areas
weapons, and is amazing at hand-to-hand combat, I?ve grouped at various times with a Nanomage (a hybrid race engineered to master nano-tech) martial artist who could light his fists on fire or disappear into the underbrush, and with an Atrox (a race of uni-sex, muscle-bound giants) martial artist who wore hundreds of pounds of armor and chased enemies around with an iron girder and ? yes, I?m serious ? a dining-room chair.
That sort of variety makes it easy to form groups without sticking to the traditional fantasy RPG formulas (one healer, two mages, three tanks). Anarchy encourages group adventuring with an experience split that?s the most generous of any game to date.
Also encouraging goodwill is AO?s mission system, which in one truly brilliant move eliminates all camping problems. When you tire of hunting the wildlife, simply head ...
Advantages: Challenging, plenty to explore and shoot Disadvantages: Frame-rate not steady, silly story, cannot skip ship sequences

It's a farce as they would crash the starship on the Asteroid, yet still allow for players to travel to ...
also in touch with ancient beliefs and all things spiritual.
The use of language is delightfully witty and sardonic. Colin Cotterill's engaging plot and droll narrative blends beautifully a first-rate modern (well almost modern) mystery with the old ways of the spirit world and shamanism. Set against the backdrop of a country ruined by long term political upheavals with many inhabitants living in extreme poverty, Cotterill treats their individual stories sympathetically and with an understanding that comes from having lived and worked himself in South East Asia.
This is an amusing and unusual series of books. Anarchy and Old Dogs is in fact the fourth book in this series and I would love to read the first three but the way the characters are subtly developed means a veteran of the series would not be bored by going over old ...
