This is still one of the most famous, if not the most famous albums world-wide. It is ahead of our time never mind its own time. It's a shame that this album came when it did, as it was a three year more or less continuous decline for the Beatles until their 1970 split. This was the peak, and it aint half a bad peak. Musically it is complex and advanced. Artistically it is innovative and, well its an all round stroke of genius. Everyone should own a copy. If you don’t, either find a site and order it, or get your trainers and run out and get yourself a copy. I have four copies; An original mint condition never been played vinyl copy, a very much played vinyl copy, a tape and the newest CD version. You can make do with the CD. It will change your life.
