This review is about the Thomas Botfield Wetherspoons in Telford. Earlier on in the day we enjoyed a quite drink in another Wetherspoons that was very well managed.
On returning home that evening, we decided to stop off and have our evening meal in the Thomas Botfield Wetherspoons in Telford. We both wish we had not, and had stayed in the previous branch of Wetherspoons for our meal.
When we arrived at the JD Wetherspoons Thomas Botfield at Telford shopping centre, we appreciated the fact that it was no smoking.
What we did not appreciate was the fact that, in a supposedly music free JD Wetherspoons public house that there was loud music blaring out. This was explained by the presence of a tiny notice on the door which stated: "trading as a Lloyds No1 bar."
