collaboration from "The Blow Jays" again. This is the final track on the album and closes it well. **Overall** If this was one of his earlier albums then the quality would back up his status as one of the greatest Soul artists of all time. That he was paralysed from the neck down while recording this album it is all the more extraordinary. It immediately brought a "How the **** does he sing like that when the only way he could record the album was to lie on his back as that was the only way he could get enough air into his lungs. This is an extraordinary album from a Soul Genius. You may not even know that this was even released but now you do I hope you go and check this out as it is absolutely brilliant. He would be 67 years old now and given BB King is still going strong well into his 80's just thing what Curtis Mayfield could be doing now ...

Up All Night - Setting High Standards For Razorlight

Advantages: Brilliant vocal performance; energy and passion; some excellent melodies
Disadvantages: Some songs fall short of the mark; lyrics are generally poor; unoriginal

eye - it's a great album, and one of the first to build a platform for the current glut of indie bands that are so popular. The thing is, after buying and loving 'Up All Night', people didn't just expect subsequent releases to be as good; they even wanted improvements, developments, and maturation of sound. The band needed to grow to even greater heights, and the fact that they, as of yet, haven't done so, is the largest reason behind their fall in popularity. As with so many other groups, initial success makes the future so much harder. It probably doesn't help that frontman Johnny Borrell is widely regarded as possessing one of the largest heads in the music industry - claiming to write Dylanesque lyrics when you quite clearly can't might gain exposure, but it does you no long term favours. Review of Up All Night - Razorlight

Night or day - it all looks very different!

Advantages: excellent story for children
Disadvantages: dark text on a dark background

. Although he is none too pleased at being awoken, he is soon fascinated by everything that he sees around him. It all looks very different to what he sees in the daylight! He thinks that he sees hundreds of eyes staring at him but of course these are really only stars. He is startled by flying mice and thinks he sees a banana in the sky. Night Monkey has to explain that amongst other things he has seen bats and the moon. Later on Day Monkey is awake and decides to have a chat with Night Monkey. She is equally puzzled by her surroundings thinking that the butterflies that she sees are moths wearing make-up and that their shadows are two cheeky monkeys getting in their way. By the end of the book both monkeys decide that they really prefer either the day time or night time environment that they are used to but they are quite happy to meet ...
