Some films are dated, some merely nostalgically, pleasantly representative of their time, this is one of the latter. ?You? belong? with?. ME!? Coming away from Singles I hope you?ll feel, like I do every time, that you?ve seen a charming, touching, human film, laughed a lot, cried a bit, and recognised something of yourself in every one of them. It?s not often you come across a film where the different characters are unique and yet not stereotypes (except perhaps Cliff, and that strikes me as deliberate) and the interlinking is incidental rather than the main focus of the story. All right then, for those of you who don't read Private Eye and are wondering whether I've gone quite mad (oh, all right then - madder), let's get back to the matter in hand. Namely, how to travel on the rails in this country without utter disaster. As many of you will know, I don't drive, and so I have no option but to travel by public transport - and given that Digbeth Coach Station is roughly equivalent to the sixth circle of Hell (used to be the seventh, but the vending machines work now), for any journey of much over 50 miles, that means going by train. ...My Reason For Purchasing A Beautiful Mind DVD. I wrote this review a year or so ago for another review site which has since closed. I thought I would upload it here as A Beautiful Mind is one of my favourite Drama films ever and I just wanted to recommend it and give some opinions on it. There is quite a few reviews already about it, but I just wanted to give my two cents worth also. A Beautiful mind is one of my favourite Russell Crowe Movies. I actually like this better than the movie Gladiator. Well I watched this film a few years ago at the Movie house and I enjoyed it so much, that I bought it on DVD when it first was released.
