Advantages: A solo album from the Bangles vocalist; a prodigious array of musicians, backing vocalists and producers. Excellent vocalisation, good in parts Disadvantages: A slightly flawed jewel
...chorus and a meaty wall of sound instrumentation.
“I know you know that you're good lookin'
And you're not known for too much else
I took you in and you left me half a live”
This was released as a single at the same time as the album but did not make any showing in the sales charts.
All I Want (3:18) ****
We’re back with a late 1960s big band sound here with shades of romantic guitars (Walker Brothers). Her voice at times could well be Joni Mitchell or Helen Reddy but she still finds time to put those coy little girl lost inflections in there. This is a pleasant sound which improves with repeat hearing. This track was written and released on an album by the Lightning Seeds in 1990. Susanna’s version was also released as a single but did not make any impact on the charts.

Advantages: Remind people of events that have taken place in the series Disadvantages: English song are usually corny
...I haven't got a clue which of the many Sailor Moon soundtracks Ciao is listing so I am going to talk about the Sailor Moon Music in general:

Incidentally, whilst I don't agree with the sentiment I think 1979's 'Slow Train Coming' the first Christian phase album is a very under-rated album, it's actually great! And that's the interesting thing; from that first and most certainly excellent album of his new phase Dylan seemed to gradually be losing interest in his new direction. It started to fade away as quickly as it came.
There are those amongst the Dylan crowd who...
