Notes on a Scandal is the story of Barbara Covett, a lonely and elderly teacher at an underperforming school. It begins with the introduction of a new teacher, young and pretty Sheba Hart. The two become friends, until Barbara discovers that Sheba is having an affair with a 15 year old student, at which point her view of the friendship intensifies significantly. Barbara becomes extremely posessive and falls in love with Sheba, who tries hard to please her and be a good friend but makes it clear she is feeling quite disturbed by Barbara's actions. When angry with Sheba, Barbara clues another teacher in about Sheba's past with the student, who informs the public. Sheba has no choice but to leave her husband and her family and temporarily move in with Barbara, where she discovers her diary and finds out her true feelings about her ...

This is a review of the Nissan Note 1.4 with manual transmission & not the 1.6 auto as listed.
My first acquaintance with the Nissan Note was on a rental car hire parking lot last week, it was my transport for three days. If we all purchased a car for looks alone I doubt if anyone would even consider this car. I know looks are a subjective matter but no matter which angle I looked at this vehicle is was just????.well, ugly.
With its long wheelbase & box shape & those striking ?bug eye? headlamps it was never going to win a beauty contest.
And then there is the name, how many well paid advisors / marketing people came up with the name. Note? Did they pick the names out of a hat? Honestly, I would have thought a company the size of Nissan could have come up with something a little more enticing.

Death Note (Desu Nōto) manga series first serialized in the weekly 'Shonen Jump' magazine in December 2003. It ran until May 2006, with 108 chapters in total.
Written by Tsugumi Ohba, with illustrations by Takeshi Obata, the series is incredibly popular, and its 108 chapters have been published in their entirety in 12 volumes in Japan. There have also two part live-action films released, an anime series, and last year a novelized version, written by Nisio Isin, was released.
