OVERALL -
Spaced, for me, is a geeks dream. We all have our inner geeks and this series certainly caters for it with the continued referencing and homage paid during the course of the story. The comedy is good, if at times somewhat too left field, and appeals to those fans, like me, who loved Shaun of the Dead and Hot ...
I met gin very early in my drinking career and we have been very good friends ever since. We don't meet up now as often as we did, but it is always a fond reunion when we do... :-)
My first G&Ts were very basic brands and probably tasted more of the mixer (always Schweppes, never economise on mixers) than the spirit. Friends drank beer but I could not take the volume. I have never become very drunk on gin, despite drinking quite a lot at times. My body seems immune to it though I am a pretty feeble drinker with anything else.
When I went to Uni, I stuck with it most of the time and was usually in charge of recognising the nightbus back to our lodgings. Brands were still pretty basic but I did go through quite a lot of Gordons.

Advantages: Great actors, some funny moments Disadvantages: Not as funny as I expected
Tim and Daisy are two twenty-somethings living in London. Tim has recently split up with a girlfriend and Daisy wants to move out of the squat that she has been living in. The problem is, there are few flats available in their price range. Then one comes up for a professional couple and they decide to go for it as a couple. Thrilled to be accepted, they soon settle in and become friends with the other occupants of the house - the landlady Marsha and psychotic artist, Brian. But will the conventional living arrangements lead to Tim and Daisy growing up and becoming responsible adults? Not a hope of it!
