tone-poems in all, including the much-loved and justly famous "Vltava" (which unforgettably charts the course of that eponymous Czech river). Most performances of Smetana's masterpiece (and there are plenty to choose from) last around 70 minutes, but Antoni Wit's unusually thoughtful interpretation approaches 80. Fortunately, this underrated Polish conductor directs with such likeable character and intelligence (and the orchestral playing in Katowice is so polished and responsive) that one's attention never wavers. True, Wit's imposingly broad "Vltava" may not be to all tastes (the peasant wedding some four-and-a-half minutes in is a rather less boisterous affair than usual), but generally speaking it's refreshing to encounter a Má vlast of such plentiful incident and engaging narrative flair. The sound is pleasingly atmospheric, if a wee bit short on sheer body and tonal lustre. So, if your budget won't extend to full price (where Rafael Kubelík's magnificent 1984 Orfeo account with the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra continues to occupy a very special place of honour), Wit's notably individual version certainly offers striking value for money. --Andrew Achenbach

I got this phone about a year ago- from a car-boot! It cost me a fiver, However if this one breaks i'll definately replace it from Argos, where they are priced at around 22 pounds - which is a fab price considering they feature an answering machine.
The phone is black and silver in colour at the front and plain black at the back, The charger dock is also black and silver, with two lights on the front. The green one is to tell you that the phone is on the dock- although there is a loud beep that also tells you its connected on the cradle correctly. The red light is telling you that the phone is being charged or if the light is off, its telling you that its fully charged.
The keys are soft and made from rubber, making it an easy phone to use when dialling.

This stood out as being simple and another thing I've found with Lush is that the calmer looking products that sit in the background are the jewels in Lushes crown. They are products that stand the test of time where as your more glitzy products are fads and disappear without hesitation and never get to be seen again. They are replaceable.
The Ma bar has been out a while now. It was originally a special and get it whilst it's hot type of product. It was a one off for Mother's day and it got loved so much that it became a permanent fixture.

This track shakes you out of the past and brings you into the present, the here and now. Heavily layered at times with a cacophany of sound stimulating you, and for the first time I hear jazz drumming and a much deeper bass. This is an altogether more brooding and darker track than the previous ones and I feel that the story is moving on towards a a climax. The story? Well its your story, its whatever you want it to be

A beautiful laid back song that conjures up images of smoky intimate jazz clubs listening to some heartfelt deeply meaningful music yet not sure what it all means. This track brings you down with a bump but in a good way, and you find yourself contemplating about life, int he words of Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb
