Alberto is a well-known brand to all, within the hair and beauty range, which began in 1955, which was bought from a man named Culver, who owned a chemist named Alberto, hence the now know name Alberto-Culver, and opened in Chicago, and continue strong to this day. I'm not an all-out fan of the products, but am always ready to try something new and/or different, and noticed this crackling wax spray in Sainsbury's a few weeks before xmas, it was on a end aisle display with many reduced priced products. At the time my hair was shorter and I was trying out the finger look hairspray, you know spray or rub something into your hair and use your fingers to create the style that you want. Crackling is easily the best thing about roast pork. Here's how I make my crackling: SELECTING MEAT: I think the best crackling comes off leg, but if you prefer belly or are affluent enough to get loin, then go for it. The following will still apply. The joint needs skin and fat on it. Without these, you're never going to get crackling, no matter how hard you try. I try to get a joint with two to three centimetres of fat between the meat and skin. PREPARE THE SKIN: Pork must be kept refrigerated. But if you're able to, take the joint out the fridge at least an hour before cooking to let it "warm up" a bit. Take a sharp knife and score the skin. You should cut quite deep, but not so deep that you reach the meat. Cut a row of slits about two centimetres apart. Next add salt to the skin and rub it in. After this, I leave ...

Addictive Bopping

Advantages: Fun for everyone, easy for youngsters
Disadvantages: Loud, hard to understand

I just bought this toy for my son this christmas and already its becoming a firm favourite as well as a source of extreme annoyance. ~What is it~ Basically its a battery operated toy that instructs you to either Bop it Flick it Spin it Twist it Pull it You have to twist, pull etc the correct extremity in time or else you're out. ~Modes~ Beat Bop - Here you have to pull,twist or whichever depending upon the corresponding sound. Unfortunately I havent found a way to find out which sound is which yet, so I'm basically out after the first instruction. Vox Bop - The easier mode, here you are told what to doing in words rather than sounds. The only problem here was at first it was hard to understand what the voice was actually saying.
