Advantages: Internet, music, videos, photos all in one place Disadvantages: Battery life a bit disappointing
Ihaveto admit that I am a big fan of the ipod. I currently have two, one second generation shuffle and the first generation ipod touch.
I've always liked the idea of having all my music collection on one player and with a 32GB capacity then that is more than possible. Ihave well over 100 CD albums and singles and I'm currently using up just under 16GB.
The 3.5 inch display is capable of showing episodes of your favourite TV show or movie, downloadable from itunes. Like the previous ipod photo and video you can copy your favourite photos to the ipod for display. I love this feature as you can show off thousands of digital photos to your family and friends without the need for a computer.
The unit comes with in built wi-fi, so if you have a wireless network at home you can connect to the internet, check your email, use ...
Advantages: Great phone. 32GB memory. Easy to use. Symbain OS. Brilliant Camera. Disadvantages: Touchscreen needs improvement. No wow factor.
sturdy. This exposes the QWERTY key board. So this phone has both a QWERTY (if you wish to use it) and a touch screen.
The operating system on the phone is Symbian, which is great, as most of the latest softwares have already been ported to Symbian. So you can get hold of Skype and Fring on the phone and it would work straight out.
The N97's Symbian is also a proper operating system. The one on the iPhone is quite primitive and it cannot even multi task. That is, the iPhone cannot process two different applications at the same time. Which is quite a pain if you say want Skype (or Fring) logged in permanently.
Overall the N97 is a great gadget. But would I give up myiPhone for it. The answer to be frank is NO. ...

Advantages: Too many! Disadvantages: Cannot forward messages (although I believe the new version can do this).
I received this phone as an upgrade recently, and have been very impressed so far. I find it very easy to use, I'm no technophobe, but am not very computer literate either. The phone arrived without any instructions, but these are available (as directed) via the apple website. The phone has so many features, and enables the user to condense so much information, without the need for diaries, address books, organisers and even ipod. It comes with a charger which is also handy if you have a separate ipod, without havingto use a usb lead for charging. There are updates available when logging onto itunes, as with an ipod. I am loathed to be without it wherever I go, and honestly cannot believe how easy it is to use, there are no detailed menu drop downs, like most phones nowadays, everything is at your fingertips. I find the applications ...
