Advantages: Fantastic music Disadvantages: Not a single one
percussions makes this song a joy to hear. Not my favourite song of all time but still mighty good listening.
Track Ten, Happenings Ten Years Time Ago, by the Yardbirds is a weird mixture of styles. Yes, there are typical West Coast influenced guitars and musical forms, but there is also what sounds like riffs that could have been played by Hank Marvin, and some good solid and driving R&B guitar playing, too. With what sounded like vox pops, this song could also have been performed by the Bon Dog Doo Dah Band. Mind you, let's face it. Almost every song by any band could have been performed by the multi-talented Bonzos!
Track Eleven, Electricity by Captain Beefheart. Don Van Vliet, wow! Don Van Vliet is the man. If you EVER wondered where the rock group The Electric Six got the inspiration for Danger! Danger High Voltage! Then listen to ...
Advantages: Loads of Phil Collins songs Disadvantages: Loads of Phil Collins songs messed up
An album of remixed Phil Collins tracks performed by r&b and hip hop artists. Risky, seeing as the man himself as churned out classic after classic and as you can imagine it wasnt well received by, well anyone.
I did however purchase because i like Phil Collins and i like hip hop & r&b so i took a chance. I should have spent my money on buying that indoor ten pin bowling set instead. Saying that there is a couple of decent tunes on here but as a whole, not the greatest ive spent my money on

Another Day In Paradise - Ray J & Brandy. The single to come off this album was received quite well, not a bad video and the brother sister duet that everyone wanted to hear. An up to date version but not better than the original. You may find me saying that more often than not
Sussudio - Ol Dirty Bastard. Shocking. No resemblence ...
Advantages: Great music from the flower power era Disadvantages: One (or maybe two) songs don't really belong on it
I had not heard for many years. The Strawberry Alarm Clock and Incense and Peppermint. (The title of this song was later used in a song by Blondie.) This is an amazing song, with urgent, swirling sounds and swirling ideas. "Who cares what games we choose? Everything to win, nothing to lose."
Track 3 The Lemon Pipers, Green Tambourine. "Help a poor man build a pretty dream." They don't write them like that anymore! Nifty bit of sitar-style music and tambourine, which sounds very good in stereo.
Track 4 Pictures of Matchstick Men, by Status Quo. What the hell happened to Status Quo? From primo psychedelic band to? oh, well, never mind! "Pictures of Matchstick Men and you" and of what might have been.
Track 5 A Dream Within a Dream by Spirit. Piano, muted guitars and ethereal lyrics, vocalised in a curiously old fashioned but ...
