Advantages: Good for your health! Good company! Disadvantages: Way too expensive!!
Hi, i have worn MBT shoes for the past year and a half and i must say i was very impressed with how they worked. Then my friend told me she bought a pair of Ryn walking shoes on ebay, which are Masai walking shoes like MBT's, all i can say is that i wont be buying MBT shoes again, RYN shoes are such a better shoe with all types of benefits. Before you invest in your MBT's i would strongly recommend having a look at the RYN walking shoe/trainer, not only do they look better but they feel much better as well. I am fully converted now and so is my friend. Thanks to MBT but ive just found something a little more comfortable. Although MBT has a better range of products I find the some of MBT styles can be quite boring as well. ...

There are some other advantages in wearing MBTs, too. The design of the sole means that not ...
Advantages: excellent story, very good insight into African Masai culture Disadvantages: none!
I bought 'The White Masai' because of my interest in African culture, and having read a brief synopsis of this book, I realsied that this book was based around a woman and her journey to Kenya.

It is written in story form, and it is easy to forget that this is real life, but try and remember that this did really happen, as it gives the story another dimension, and makes it an even more interesting read!
