Advantages: New twist on the Bizkit Disadvantages: see review
...If you're a LB fan, then you'll you know that they are the kings of Nu Metal - although many will quibble over what style of music they are.
They burst onto the scene with counterfeit and for those with sharp ears - you'll know that they provided the theme for the Mission Impossible movie (think it was the first film - but happy to be corrected).
After hits such as Rollin' and Generation X they spent 2000 - 2003 in the limelight, becoming mainstream.
I bought this album after seeing them in concert in Manchester way back in 2000. This is a remix of their well known songs with the likes of Bubba Sparks and P.Diddy (or whatever he's called now) and also the Neptunes and Xzibit.
They steer away from the metal side of their music and head off towards hip-hop - although this is not a bad thing. I'm not a particularly big hip...

Advantages: So many advantages if you read my review Disadvantages: To be quite honest, The only disadvantage for me was that he doesnt make more
...the sort of music you hear today where 'Gangsters' are talking about Hip Hop and RnB, because in my opinion thiers no emotion in that type of music. Phil Collins created something quite perfect that you could even use for soundtracks in films such as Disneys 'Tarzan' and The new Cadburys advert with the Gorilla playing drums to the music of 'Phil Collins - In the Air Tonight'
With this 2 disc set I paid £5.99 at a record store, but you may possibly be able to get it cheaper online at ebay or amazon. I recommend these CD's, not just because they are good songs, But because of the way Phil Collins will make you feel =)
Songs include:
Disc 1: 1: Tearing & Breaking
2: Do You Remember?
3: One More Night
4: Against All Odds
5: Can't Turn Back The Years
6: Groovy Kind Of Love
7: Everyday
8: Don't let him steal your heart away
9: Please...

GERMANY
Let’s Get Happy – Lou
Live = 6/10
CD = 8/10
A rather dated sound, admittedly, but it’s probably the catchiest song of the competition. My kids are still singing the chorus of this one on an almost daily basis – although the fact that it contains the immortal line “Let’s get happy and let’s be gay” might have something to do with it! Another very happy, up, boppy song that is easy to jig along to.

Ne Ver, Ne Bojsia – t.A.T.u
Live = 6.5/10
CD = 9.5/10
Another of my favourites and this definitely had a big role in deciding to buy the t.A.T.u album. Having studied Russian at Uni., I love the sound of the language and Lena and Julia’s distinctive voices really highlight the strengths of this song. I found their live performance on the day a bit disappointing...
