...Moby, a/k/a Richard Melville Hall, is a descendant of Moby Dick author Herman Melville. His music's eclectic depth is the result of a long journey through such critically acclaimed groups as Flipper and Ultra Vivid Scene. "People see me as a techno musician or a dance act, but I've played music for 20 years," he explains. "I've been a classical musician, I've played jazz, speed metal, hardcore, punk (as a member of the Vatican Commandos), bad new wave," he laughs. ...to Love you' which was his first single to be released from the album. This song is a great unexpected mid tempo track; the accompanying video also compliments the single very well. The best song on the album in my opinion is Refuge (When It's Cold outside)' this is a very conscious track with phenomenal harmonies. It's an easy listening tracks but also has a very strong message behind it. Everyone needs to listen to this track. John has somehow managed to diffuse hip hop, gospel, soul and R'n'B together successfully. Not many artists are able to accomplish that. This man can do no wrong, this album is a masterpiece. John has also worked with our own home grown 'Estelle', I'm sure that 2006 will be his year. I can't wait for his sophomore album!... Read review

...to listen her songs: surely a sensation of welfare diffused enough. Hard to specify so this is the sweetness of his way, or the proximity of the mastering enters him together piano, acoustic guitar, bass, battery, or else still the tonality a little nostalgic of some give a title to!!!
