Advantages: Well compiled collection Disadvantages: Not all best tracks included
...quite as well as others but whose contribution to Soul is an important one. Possibly Taylor’s adaptability for singing in various styles from Soul, Funk, R&B and later Disco precluded his ability to make any one style his own, nevertheless the tracks included here and his biggest hit "Who's Making Love?" show off his vocal ability and his easy singing style to perfection. It is a bit strange however that two other of his tracks "I Had a Dream", "I've Got to Love Somebody's Baby" (both written by the team of Isaac Hayes and David Porter) are missing.
No Stax compilation would be complete without some tracks by a legend of Blues guitar Albert King. ‘Born Under A Bad Sign’ the title track form the classic album of the same name in included on Disc 1 and it is a classic in every sense of the word being later covered by many other artist...

Advantages: Great mix of songs and artists. Disadvantages: Not always the best of the bands hits.
...As a child born in the 80's I have come to adore the music of the time, I'm always on the lookout for a good compilation CD and happened to spot this one during a shopping trip in Asda. Flipping the CD over to look at the track listing my eyes were drawn to one track and I didn't need to read the rest to know I had to have the CD.
Capital Gold Eighties Legends contains songs by just that, 80's legends. There is a wide variety of artists providing a wide range of styles from pop to rock, Motown style and funk. It is a 2 disc CD providing 40 great 80's tunes.
Because it is an 80's compilation, and most of us would have either heard the songs or heard of them, I wont go into a track by track description, that would spoil the fun of going out to buy the album and getting the know the songs yourself.
Disc One-
Disc one is packed...

Advantages: High qualtiy dance music Disadvantages: Some rubbish remixes
...**What Is It?**
Dance Mania is promoted as "The Ultimate Club Party" Album. IT DOES NOT CONTAIN HARDCORE TRANCE MUSIC. Just wanted to make that clear as it does kind of give that impression. It has more a innocent, softer genre of dance. It contains 2 CD's having a total of 41 songs between them. With famous artists such as Cascada, Scooter, Pussycat Dolls, Sugababes, Black Eyed Peas and lots more.
**Price?**
I purchased mine at HMV for £10.99 but Amazon are seeling new at £8.97 and second hand at £6.52 (at the time review was written)
**Whats Its Appeal?**
The cover is a dance mat theme with bold bright colors. It advertises famous artists and it is the perfect CD for a club party. it has an attractive price for 41 songs.
**Whats Right About It?**
You get alot of songs for your money. Using the calculator on my computer...
