Pleasing tunes of the seventies and the eighties Advantages: A good selection of songs Disadvantages: the song selections could have been better Hindi film songs saw the golden period in the 50's and the 60's, after which the quality steadily deteriorated.The 50's had it all...The best Composers,Singers,Lyricists etc etc; truly a GOLDEN PERIOD..the sixties continued to be as good .... By the seventies the lyrics and the tunes became loud and the singing style matched the whole set up.By the eighties and thereafter the music had lost all charm except that the sound quality and other technicalities ... ...for those good old songs of the fifties and sixties and even the early seventies... Be Kind Rewind Advantages: Laughable, Enjoyable, Great Actors Disadvantages: Laggy in parts, disappointing ending When I first saw this movie advertised in the cinema I knew it was a Must See movie. I just bought this on DVD and it is absolutely hilarious in many parts, especially the recreation of Ghostbusters and Rush Hour 2! However the movie does have quite a few slow parts to it, and the ending was rather sudden and disappointing in my opinion, it didn't leave you with any answers so you are left guessing what happened afterwards. High Fives all round! Advantages: good mix, energetic, fun Disadvantages: / When I was a bit younger, I used to watch Australian kids show Hi 5 on Milkshake every morning religiously before school. It is a programme aimed at pre-school and primary school children, teaching them various things through the methods of song and dance. Naturally, there are five presenters, all of which are Australian. Okay so the education side is a bit young fo rme, but I do find the music very entertaining on the show! Now I do not have the ... ...I did buy one of their several albums. This one was Hi 5 Hits. This album is very attractive, a very colourful cover with little cartoon images of the band: Nathan Foley, Charley Delaney, Tim Harding, Kellie Crawford (then Hoggart), and Kathleen de Leon. How High would this reach? Advantages: good songs, good price Disadvantages: generally appeals only to HSM fans ...while to catch on to High School Musical. In fact, I ended up seeing High School Musical 3 before I saw the first two! Though I have now caught myself up and along with that I am becoming more familiar with the songs. In an attempt to fully connect with the music, I found myself borrowing the CDs from a friend. One of which was of course the High School Musical 2 CD soundtrack. The album can be recognized by its aqua blue cover. On the front, 'High ... ...you are a fan of High School Musical, but I will admit that it is not one I would rush out and buy myself. It is a good CD to listen to if you were given it as a gift or, in my case, if you borrow it from a friend. Though I feel you should only spend money on it if you know you are going to like it and you do like High School Musical! A Beautiful but Mysterious Story, Definitely Maybe... Advantages: Beautifully written, excellent acting Disadvantages: I wish there was a part2 haha. Definitely Maybe is one of the movies that I had fun watching. I never got bored for even a second between the movie and I each and every moment I was wondering what will happen next. Its a story about a guy Will who lives with his little daughter (Maya) and is about to get divorced with his wife Sarah. He is like a friend to his daughter, a really cool father.
