80's tastic!!! let's hear it for footloose!

Now I gotta cut loose

Advantages: Great variety, captures the film
Disadvantages: None

...write it again! Footloose is such an awesome film, and anyone that loves it has to buy this album. To have such an amazing soundtrack coming out with hit after hit is quite a feat. Even if you only like a few of the artists on the album it is still a good buy because you can get into the other artists too! The variety is so vast that there reallys is something for everyone. You have pop from Deniece Williams, metal from Quiet Riot, rock from Sammy ...
...a line up like that! First of all, obviously, there's the infamous 'Footloose' that is played constantly throughout the film. It's such a great song because it just makes you want to get up and dance. That's what everyone needs once in a while! The artist, Kenny Loggins, also did another song for the album, 'I'm Free', which, while it is a bit more toned down than 'footloose', it's still a great tune! Then there's, 'Almost Paradise' by Ann Wilson ...

A Beautiful but Mysterious Story, Definitely Maybe...

Advantages: Beautifully written, excellent acting
