A brilliant soundtrack with lots of variety Advantages: Great variety: well known hits, beautiful songs and amazing covers Disadvantages: Last two songs are a fairly boring In my opinion, if you loved the film, you will love the soundtrack! I thought the covers on this album were brilliant, such as Will Young's version of Your Love Is King, and Mary J Blige's version of Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word. Some of the songs on this album are very "mushy", but personally I see this as a bonus (let's face it, the film is pretty mushy and girly but that's what we love about it) and there are some more uplifting, upbeat ... ...by The Darkness. The highlight of the album in my opinion, is I Eat Dinner. It is such a beautiful song and I'm so glad they included it in both the film and the soundtrack. I like the fact that the album consists of songs which have been huge hits, aswell as some great songs which most people will not have heard before, not forgtting the amazing covers. Who let the Dogs out? Advantages: A wide variety of tunes Disadvantages: Too short I’m a big fan of the film, so when I saw the Soundtrack on offer, I decided to buy it. When the film was released in 1992 it caused a storm with its extreme violence. The soundtrack on the other hand doesn't seem to mirror any of that. The cover shows the film cast with blood splashed in the background, yet the CD is made up of uplifting 70's songs. Some of them now famous and well known because of the film. It's become common to include little ... ...no different. Some are main lines from the film and others are the monotone DJ from the film playing ‘K-Billy’s Super Sounds Of The Seventies’. Saturday Night Fever Advantages: The music is the best Disadvantages: The movie is worst It is one of the best soundtrack speccially with the Bee Gees music like "Saturday Night Fever", "Stayin Alive", "More than a Woman" for example and groups as Kool and The Gang "These boots are made for walking" or The tramps" with the Disco Inferno that is a seven- minute music, in my own opinion I like it because I dance when I was a child and was a part of the best songs of the ends of the seventies. With this movie, The Bee Gees makes so famous. ... ...worse movie that I've ever watched because it don't have practically an argument, only that There will be a dancing contest in Studio 54 with the Bee Gees song and the whole soundtrack that I talk lines up. Certainly a mixture of sounds Advantages: Plenty! Disadvantages: None ...tune but one song in French and the other in English. This soundtrack also includes some other timeless classics that you'll probably be surprised to find yourself enjoying and humming to yourself afterwards. If you are into dance music or garage, then this probably isn't for you! But if you generally like to please your ears with music that isn't offensive and that you've heard snippets of before but never had the opportunity to listen to, then ...
