I’m a big fan of the film, so when I saw the Soundtrack on offer, I decided to buy it.
When the film was released in 1992 it caused a storm with its extreme violence. The soundtrack on the other hand doesn't seem to mirror any of that. The cover shows the film cast with blood splashed in the background, yet the CD is made up of uplifting 70's songs. Some of them now famous and well known because of the film. It's become common to include little ... ...no different. Some are main lines from the film and others are the monotone DJ from the film playing ‘K-Billy’s Super Sounds Of The Seventies’. what a beautiful film and soundtrack. :) i wasnt disappointed at all with it..i find with films that what really can make or break it also is infact the music!!!! i found kristen barrys song absolutely perfect and This Love is another one of my favourites. Oh and bitersweet symphony. whenever i hear this song i think back to the ending of the film. I do think this is a nice relaxing soundtrack to be able to listen to... after i saw the film i myself ...
