Dirty Dancing Original Soundtrack Advantages: Brings back all the best bits of the film. Disadvantages: None that I know. WOW! I love the film, and this soundtrack is absolutely amazing as well. Throughout the soundtrack I just want to get up and dance - and sometimes I do... LOL. It's the whole standing in front of a mirror with the hairbrush CD. If you're a big fan of the film like me, then this is the perfect CD as you know all of the words off by heart without even realising it! Soundtrack of fast & furious Advantages: Very addittive. Disadvantages: It is not easy listening music. Did you enjoy the movie fast and furious? If it was it is also due to the effective soundtrack, that creates the right atmosphere for a such a speedy movie. This soundtrack reached seven on the billboard 200 and number one on the top soundtrack. The billboard is a ranking of the 200 highest selling music album and extended playing in the USA. Advantages: Songs performed by people from Ally McBeal cast Disadvantages: Songs performed by Vonda Shepherd ...or my continuing addiction with Ally McBeal and the fact that it's Christmas with them at the moment... Inspired by some of the songs that were performed in the third season of Ally, I decided to buy their Christmas CD "A very Ally Christmas". I got it from play.com for 5.99 with free delivery. Those of you, who have seen a few episodes will know that she isn't very reluctant to perform the one or other song on stage. Crazy for that track Advantages: Great second track, worth a listen at least Disadvantages: Some very poor songs, painful track 13 Personally, not being a real avid fan of the old Dawsons Creek myself i cant really comment on the show much but there are some very moving scenes that require the "slushiest" soft rock ballards. This is generally what you should expect to find on this album! I also bought only the second volume, i cannot comment on the 1st volume! I bought this album purley for the second song on the album; Evan and Jaron, Crazy For This Girl. You may have heard ... ...but couldnt find it anywhere and i was keener on buying this compilation rather than the Evan and Jaron album. The album itself has been noted at around the £11 version in places like the virgin megastore. I however seem to be one of the lucky ones. On a trip to a place called, Mcarthur Glen, a retail, outlet village near mansfield i found it at a price of just £7.99 in a shop called XS. A brilliant soundtrack with lots of variety Advantages: Great variety: well known hits, beautiful songs and amazing covers Disadvantages: Last two songs are a fairly boring In my opinion, if you loved the film, you will love the soundtrack! I thought the covers on this album were brilliant, such as Will Young's version of Your Love Is King, and Mary J Blige's version of Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word. Some of the songs on this album are very "mushy", but personally I see this as a bonus (let's face it, the film is pretty mushy and girly but that's what we love about it) and there are some more uplifting, upbeat ... ...by The Darkness. The highlight of the album in my opinion, is I Eat Dinner. It is such a beautiful song and I'm so glad they included it in both the film and the soundtrack. I like the fact that the album consists of songs which have been huge hits, aswell as some great songs which most people will not have heard before, not forgtting the amazing covers.
