Advantages: Great tune, original lyrics Disadvantages: Slightly corny speaking bit
...I used to play the spanish guitar and the sound of it was what first attracted me to the song, but where I think it departs from the plethora of slushy ballads currently clogging up the airwaves is that it doesn’t just drone on about ‘lurve’ or attraction – it’s more about romance. Anyway, the ‘speaking seductively in Spanish’ part is pretty cheesy but somehow the song gets away with it. I don’t think this will necessarily be a great classic, but I think it’s a lovely song with a memorable tune and original, romantic lyrics.

Normally I’m fairly bitter, twisted and cynical, particularly when it comes to soppy love songs, but the moment I heard this one on the radio, I immediately loved it. Braxton’s deep, soulful voice superbly conveys the distant melancholy of unrequited love and the classical guitar accompaniment ( which I notice is quite fashionable at the moment) provides a genuine element of romance. Advantages: amazing song, beautiful vocals Disadvantages: weak video
When I first heard Toni's latest album 'The Heat', this immediately became my favourite song. I thought that it was totally gorgeous. It is beautiful because it is a ballad and it gives Toni the chance to show off her beautiful soulful voice which is only really uncovered when she is performing as a balladeer. This is the sort of song which will make you cry ecause the vocals on it are so beautiful.
The song itself is also very beautiful, it is ... ...to listen to. It really stands out from the ballads made by other, not so good artists. This song is perfect for Toni.
I thought the video for this single could actually have been better though. I found that it was quite boring to watch and the director of it didn't use the capabilities which he would have been able to use for this particualr song. I thought the video wasn't actually as good as the one for some of TOni's other songs such as 'Unbreak ...

...quality songs, and her incredible voice adds to the sheer quality of it. The sound of a Spanish guitar being played in the song is great as it contributes to the Latin effect. I love this mix of Latin and R&B. Definitely a song I recommend you listening to. ...
