Disadvantages: Doesn't contain some other brilliant tracks like Ghost Town

...The Specials are in my opinion one of the best ska bands. My initial intrest grew from my cousin who played me a couple of their tracks when we were on holiday. Then when i got home i bought this album. This music really was different from the bland rubbish i had been listening to. The album contains what i think are some of their best tracks. I have bought other releases and some of their vinyl singles and some of the tracks are not really to the same standard. After that my ska intrest spead, however i did not find many other ska bands i liked. What seemed to separate The Specials from other ska bands was that they could produce tunes which would stick in your head and were instantly recognisable, for example "too much too young and "gangsters" both classics in my book. Advantages: the different types of songs all being harmonic
Disadvantages: nothing!

...Hurricane Bar is just perfect from the first to the last second! No song is like the other, every single one is special in its own way. It starts with some faster songs you can rock on, but has a lot of amazing ballades and calmer songs which make you dream! God Knows is one of their most famous songs and without any doubt also one of their best ones! Down In The Past is an awesome fast song and rocks every concert! You Can't Steal My Love is one of the most amazing love songs ever been there. All My Senses is my absolute favourite song of Mando Diao, it's wonderful! I could go on and one because every single song is special in its own way and absolutely worth listening!... Read review

Disadvantages: Nothing really stands out besides the singles

...This album disappointed me, although perhaps I didn't listen to it enough. After a few listens, no tracks apart from the singles struck me as anything special so it has gone to the back of my collection. The singles are great though, and my favourite is the summery Got The Feelin'. Everybody Get Up's great fun, and the best track that wasn't released as a single (and the only memorable one in my opinion) is the catchy It's The Things You Do. Other than that, this isn't a great album, but the second album, Invincible IS fantastic!... Read review
