Advantages: Maguire & Dunst work together v. well, great visuals Disadvantages: Less character development than Batman Begins, but a lighter mood overall.
Introduction;
Growing up, spiderman was the one superhero that I really wanted to be; the abilty to swing between buildings is almost as liberating in a big city as the ability to fly, and the tie-in with the traditional girl next-door storyline was another big plus. The film itself proved to be one of the first blockbuster remakes of marvel and dc comics characters, which themselves would characterise the next few years of cinema, as well as providing the foundation for at least 2 sequels, with spiderman 4 recently confirmed for 2011 and 5 being speculated about.
Cast;
Tobey Maguire - Peter Parker. Plays well with other characters, as well as being suitably boyish. Wears the suit well
Willem Dafoe - Norman Osborn/Green Goblin. Character suffers mental breaks (which are vividly portrayed) as well as parenting dilemmas
Kirsten Dunst ...

and sense much more and to top it all off he can throw webs out of his wrists! Peter decided to use these powers to make himself some money and enters a wrestling match, after the match though when he is on his way home he finds there has been a car jacking and his Uncle is the victim who later dies.
Over on a different side to the story Peter?s best friend father who is a wealthy business man is going through changes when he company is in financial difficulty. He ends up testing out their new invention on himself which leads to some drastic mental changes in him.
Peter decides that he is going to use his powers for good but he has to face the new green Goblin, his best friends father in order to save the people he loves. Will Peter as Spiderman be able to do this and will he ever pluck up the courage to tell Mary Jane just how he feels ...
Advantages: Impressive, Neolithic site Disadvantages: That concrete filling, which to be fair is not noticeable
The Ring of Brodgar is a Neolithic henge and stone circle thought to have been erected between 2500BC and 200BC on the mainland island of Orkney and is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Apparently henges (that is the circular flat area and surrounding bank/ditch) do not usually have stone circles in them and therefore this site along with Stonehenge are anomalies. Unfortunately because of the prominence of Stonehenge and the fact that a flat circular bit of land from Neolithic times doesn't really look like much, the unusualness of the site is rather overlooked as people flock to see yet another stone circle.
Of the probable original 60 stones, 27 remain in a huge circle in an otherwise unremarkable field. The circle is 104 metres in diametre which is a massive distance when you are standing in the centre of it. Whilst I have ...

Album Notes
As many concertgoers would attest, electronic music is not particularly visually engaging, at least as live music experiences go. Dan Deacon seeks to upend the high-minded seriousness of the avant-garde and inject a fair amount of goofiness and absurdist fun into his 21st-century version of the one-man band. Armed with dime-store toy keyboards, vocoders, and other circuit-riddled oddities, Deacon coaxes strange blips and squeals while happily singing along in a slightly demented fashion. SPIDERMAN OF THE RINGS alternates between childlike whimsy and thrashing, hypnotic synth jams, like the Suicide-on-helium number "The Crystal Cat." Breaking with the staid, highbrow pretensions of much experimental music, SPIDERMAN OF THE RINGS is a rollicking diversion into its lighter side.
