Leona Lewis - the best thing for British music since Robbie Williams, The Spice Girls, and even Elton John! She really does have the voice of an angel and the potential to be a worldwide superstar! Listening to this album I'm sure will give you the same opinion and will wipe away and pre-judgments you may have about "factory-produced" artists from shows such as he X-Factor. There is nothing "fake" about this album. Leona shows us just why she was picked as the winner of the X-Factor and why she is the best British talent out there.
Of the albums 14 tracks, I can only possibly fault 2 of them, the rest - flawless, soulful and griping. There is a combination of ballad style tracks, mixed with some more up-beat R&B style, all encompassing the distinct, beautiful voice of Leona. The tracks "Angel" & "Take A Bow" are the only two tracks which personally I could fault. Both of them have a more electronic feel to them and the back beat of "Angel" does get a bit irritating once it has been heard a few times.
The two singles so far, "Bleeding Love" and "A Moment Like This" are of exceptional quality and when heard on the album sound even better than they have before. A track to watch out for has got to be "Whatever It Takes" which is a more upbeat track than some of the ballads, rather like "Bleeding Love" with a sound rather like that of Leanne Rimes, however still incorporating the soul feel of the album.
This is definitely a contender for album of the year and can certainly be compared to the music greats of this genre, such as Angie Stone and Alicia Keys. Leona has done British music proud with this compilation and this is an album I would recommend to anyone.
I cannot comment on the album inlay as I have only downloaded it, however I will defiantly be buying the CD as this is one I don't want to lose!

Advantages: Wonderful to listen to such an incredible voice with a huge range and depth Disadvantages: The company has played safe with the song choice
