...First of all when listening to this album or even thinking about this album cast aside the fact that MJ is if not a kiddie fiddler just plain weird. Forget that and take your mind back to the late 80s early nineties when Micheal Jackson was the King of Pop and probably the most famous guy in the world. Then you are in the right mindset for this album, which by the way rocks. Quick request get whatever MJ record you have (and to be reading this you must have some), put it on and see how long it is until your trying to do the Jacko crotch grabbing dance (no pun intended). Unless you are Stephen Hawking that is. Then times that by 80mins and you have this album. Advantages: Origional, excellent vocals.
Disadvantages: songs blend too much in places.

...I first got into this band a few years ago when I was still in school. They are pretty much your typical emo punk band but what sets them apart is their ability to write such memorable lyrics. Price: £9.99 in Virgin Records. Cover: The cover is black with the words 'Thursday' and 'Waiting' in plain white lettering. The photo is black and white and is of an old car. On the back the picture is black and white and of the back of a school bus. It seems to suggest a small, dead-end town. It's dark, but I think it suits the music and the general theme of the album. Track List: 1. Porcelain This song is basically about suicide, but not in a seriously depressing way. It is more a message to have hope when you feel you're nearing the end. Advantages: 18 tracks superb lyrics outstanding
Disadvantages: some tracks are a bit similar sounding

...Eminem has once again answered the critics and proved that he can write unique, thoughful and at times just plain hilarious lyrics and that this white man at least really can rap. Some may be offended by his style and the content of some of the views expressed but there's no doubt that he really can cut it. This is a long album with 18 tracks so is really good value for money. Some of the tracks are a bit similar but I would say at least 10 or 11 are really worth buying. Anyone into hip hop just has to buy this album, and even if like me you've never bought a hip hop album before you will still enjoy it (unless your Britney Spears of course).
