Advantages: Does what it says on the advert, tasty Disadvantages: Expensive!
Okay, writing a review on Kellogg's Sustain has helped me with two of my new year resolutions. One - to try and eat more sensibly and nutritiously and two - to write a review on the product of the week!
So, to be honest, if it wasn't for the fact that this cereal happened to be product of the week, I would never have purchased it, instead I would have chosen the original Special K. Mainly because Sustain has honey and what I mistakenly assumed were nut clusters, therefore I would assume it has more calories and fat. The original also boasts the 'two bowls, two meals, two weeks - drop a jeans size' advertising, but as I'm failing to stick to this and I'm thoroughly bored of it, I talked myself into deciding a change would be nice. (Even though I've been following the diet for only ten days!)
I had a nice suprise when I trotted ...

Imagine waking up in the morning to a delicious cereal that is not only good for you but tastes like a little bowl of heaven! Kellogg's special k sustain is designed to keep you going all morning right up until lunch time. It is a mixture of oval shaped whole wheat and brown rice as well as tasty honey coated cereal and soy clusters.
I often found myself struggling not to think about food before lunch time, I would always have a good balanced breakfast but I would always need a snack before eleven o'clock. As everybody knows it is these snacking habits that ruin all the hard work in the gym. I was eating at least one sugary snack a day to keep me going, each snack had an estimation of 180 calories which amounted to 1260 calories per week when I should have only been taking in 945 calories per week. After spying Kellogg's special k ...
Buck-O-Nine: Jon Pebsworth (vocals); Jonas Kleiner (guitar); Craig Yarnold (saxophone); Tony Curry (trumpet); Dan Albert (trombone); Andy Platfoot (bass guitar); Jeff Hawthorne (drums). For 2007's SUSTAIN, its first album on the Asian Man label, the long-running ska/punk ensemble Buck-O-Nine presents a lively, no-frills set.
