I bought this at the same time as Suit, and it was obvious that Suit was better. Sweat does have some great tracks, the opening Heart Of A Champion, is one of my favourite Nelly tracks. Great tracks include Tilt Ya Head Back with Christina Aguilera and Getcha Getcha, but unfortuantely, the great tracks are not consistent enough.
I think Nelly is a great artist, and this does come through on this album, with the lyrics and music, but some tracks just aren't that cut above the rest, which they are in Suit.
Here is my opinion of each of the 13 tracks:
1) Heart Of A Champion - Great song, top beat with a good chorus with a vocal ensemble.
2) Na-NaNa-Na - Good song, a bit heavier with Jazze Pha, but not that great a tune.
3) Flap Your Wings - Again a good song, but nothing spectacular
4) American Dream - Not that great, a bit of a predictable beat, not that great lyrics.
5) River Don't Runnn - Again, not that great a track, maybe because I'm not a massive Stephen Marley fan. Not the best of beats.
6) Tilt Ya Head Back - Very Good song. Very different from the previous tracks which shows the variety he does have, it's just not been shown enough on the album.
7) Grand Hang Out - Quite a good song, different to many others, making it quite original, featuring other artists such as Fat Joe.
8) Getcha Getcha - Good song, good lyrics with an original beat.
9) Another One - Not that good a song - a bit predictable.
10) Spida Man - Not my favourite song, I assume it is the Spiderman soundtrack, meaning it would be appropriate for that, but it isn't the greatest of tracks.
11) Playa - A good song, but Nelly has quite a small role, with Mobb Deep and Missy Elliot featuring in it.
12) Down In Da Water - Similar to many others, not that great a song.
13) Boy - A poor ending to an OK album. Predictability the problem again.

It is an OK album, but it would depend on the price as to whether it would be worth buying it.
I bought it with Suit for £12 altogether, which is definitley worth it, but anything over £9, (depending on how rich you are), I would say it isn't worth, and buy Suit instead, if you are a Nelly fan.
