Advantages: A handful of memorable songs
Disadvantages: It does almost exactly what it says on the tin

...Staind – 14 Shades Of Grey Like so many bands before them, Staind released an album so close to perfection within it’s genre that they will never better or equal that album. Nirvana with Nevermind (although In Utero is an amazing album) and Oasis with What’s The Story? (Morning Glory) are two such examples and now Staind can be added to that list. Break The Cycle was a journey of emotive music which captured everything that a good album should do. The combination of lyrics, music, vocals and the story each song and the album as a whole tell made Break The Cycle one of my favourite albums ever. But what about the latest addition? Cover/Sleeve; On first appearances this is one of the least appealing albums to look at. A plain grey sleeve with Staind etched so lightly into the centre you would miss it if you didn’t look hard... Advantages: Unique example of early nineties Pop
Disadvantages: Not enough of it!

...listening CD. The songs theme is based on a man whos fallen in love and had consequently gone crackers, perhaps with excitement and experiencing this new found love. Liberation According to Neil Tennant, Liberation was the most popular song from the album, although not his personal favourite. Many have regarded Liberation the boys best pure love song, its about being in a relationship and enjoying it at the time, perhaps not knowing where it will go in the future but enjoying it at present, while it lasts. The background melody throughout the song is soothing and relaxing and neils soft approach to the vocals adds to the songs style as a sweet, simple love song. ...Swag, she like my haircut, she like my style, she want me wiped up". 14. Don't Get Mad: This song is for the grown ups because they are like whats all this soulja boy so he took it upon himself to explain. I think it is an ok song. "dont get mad because the kids like me". I think this song is a bit modest. 5/10 Thanks for reading my review on the soulja boy album. Soulja boys secret weapon is his 'Shades' which say 'Soulja boy' on them and when he puts them on he sees money and he has to go get it. My kids look up to soulja boy and a lot of other kids do as well, Soulja boy has influenced my taste in hip hop and rap music. I have made a couple of people love soulja boy, it was'nt difficult because his music is lovable and cute.... Read review
