Advantages: In theory it's versatile Disadvantages: In practice it's useless s a toddler swing
In a parent's quest to find products and toys that will last longer than the average 6 month period that seems to be the norm with children's stuff I happened upon the Hedstrom 2 in 1 swing. At the time my 9 month old son loved swings and would squeal with delight as soon as he was sat in one and we decided to get one for our garden. I was taken by the idea of this swing as it combines a baby swing with a grown up swing allowing you to change both the seat and the height of the swing to adapt as your child grows. Priced no differently from the standard swings that I could see at the time I thought that this would be a better investment than purchasing a standard swing and then having to find a baby seat. I couldn't have been more wrong.
The Baby Swing
The baby swing is, in effect, a 1/3rd of the height of a full swing ...
Advantages: Good setting, salubrious interior Disadvantages: expensive, poor service
was just the standard soup and with no spectacular bread rolls or other garnishings it could easily have just been tinned soup! The main course was delightfully awful. The meat was served on the plate and was cold by the time the vegetables were served. The dessert, although it was okay, could go nowhere near saving the meal.
Service
The service was satisfactory, but when we complained about the lateness of the vegetables they were quite rude.
Overall
I would not recommend the White Hart, it was expensive and poor quality. That said, this was nearly two years ago and things may now have changed. However, I shall not behurrying back! ...
Advantages: Great food and lovely place Disadvantages: Only 1 of them!
disappoint as well as the annual James Bon black tie ball held in January which is fantastic and includes all wines, meal and entertainment for a relatively reasonable price of £65.00 per person. Would you like your martini shaken or stirred??
Make sure that you are here for the Whit Friday Banc Contest and see some of the most famous bands form around the world compete in this great setting!
Christmas day is a magical affair as is New Year's eve with celebrations galore including a choice of dining all throughout the period from buffets and carvery to traditional Christmas dinner. Better get to the gym now?
Other facilities:
Weddings and functions are the other main activity of the White Hart with the restaurant and newly opened oak room being booked up to three years in advance! The newly opened oak room is a wonderful space that ...

Liner Note Author: James Gavin. Recording information: Radio Recorders, Hollywood, California (06/1960). Arranger: Billy May. This 1960 collaboration between vocalist Anita O'Day and arranger Billy May features the beloved repertoire of composer Richard Rodgers and lyricist Lorenz Hart. May's sensitive orchestral arrangements bring out O'Day's resplendent voice, and the big band on this date performs these standard tunes with great energy and precision. "Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered" is one of the most endearing Rodgers & Hart compositions. Backed by a string orchestra, dreamy harp glissandos, and pianist Joe Castro's jazzy riffs, O'Day illuminates this lyric of moonstruck love with great joie de vivre. The arrangement begins rather delicately, then grows until it overflows with colorful orchestral textures. "Have You Met Miss Jones" is more overtly jazzy, and this swinging track sees O'Day paired up with the full big band. Here O'Day scats beautifully over the chord changes, while the reeds offer tantalizing call and response. Additionally, the group falls into a lilting waltz, creating wonderfully unexpected rhythmical variety. For fans of Rodgers & Hart and O'Day, this album is not to be missed.
