Celine Dion in this album "taking chances" is sinning only in English- as we know, she like to add to her albums songs in French.
After few years break, Celine Dion issues next long expected album. Towards delight fan, Canadian diva returns after several years spent on giving concerts in Las Vegas on to right places in showiness. The production of new album leaned known people from world of music as David A. Stewart from Eurythmics, Ben Mody and producers responsible for hits of Christine Aquiler and Pink. Celine has reached also for hip hop producers: on the album she works with Ne-Yo. They can guarantee that after five years series of concerts in Las Vegas, Celine come back will be great event on world stage. This album is first regular English disc from 2003. This album is great returning this excellent vocalist. Songs are miscellaneous, as always.
We can find here fast songs like: "fade away", "shadow of love", "eyes on me" and "can't fight the feeling". And as well the album is full of wonderful ballads as "my love", "a world to believe in", "I got nothing left" or "skies of LA" We can find there all know songs like "alone" and "that's just the woman in me".

I think each of us who likes Celine Dion music should have this disc; this disc is different from typical pop ballads but it creates mixture style of music. She quits typical for her self ballads, in favour of rock-pop-blues tones. the climate of the disc points strong tones from Heart group -"Alone", songs "Can't Fight the feeling'" and this time". Runs to ear very rhythmical work "fade away" and dancing "Eyes on me". This last one is inspired by music of east and partially composed by Delte Goodrem. Songs like " world to believe in " or "I got nothing' left" they cause, that due to connection to lightness pop ballads and chary of rock songs they present emotive explosive mixture. Each song what is included on the disc owns separate climate, which all together presents amazing and strong mixture of emotions.
In one world, this plate is a step by step towards new creation in Celine Dion work.
Let's have a hope, that the next disc so prominent vocalist will be continuation of this album "taking chances".
This disc is fantastic and it fast falls to memory, and it is not bored despite multiple of listening. It's full of potential hits like "taking chances", "fade away", "shadow of love", or "surprise surprise". Fans of melancholy of great operating vocal and instruments will find here "skies of L.A." or "I got nothing left". Fans of greatest vocal will love "alone", or "that's just a woman in me". Song "this time" will throw you on your knees with vocal and it lyrics- it's about abuse women and their mental state.
