Advantages: Appealing to many different tastes. Disadvantages: Its soooooo good you cant stop listening to it!
...and mellow tunes and other up beat sounds. The sugar babes really are here to stay.
My favourite tracks are the recently releaced soul sound and run for cover, i think they really show the girls at their best.
This album is suitable for all ages and the unique combination of styles uses make it appeling to many different musical tastes.
One touch of this sugar and u will b addicted for life. You'll be getting very friendly with your dentist!...

...a charity event and it got really, really, really overplayed (albeit in a good cause)... it's "Everybody Wants To Rule The World". Remember? Yep. I'm getting twitchy now.
"Mother's Talk" and the feet are starting to tap. More on the spot dancing. Excellent track. Great for singing into hairbrushes in front of the mirror.
A really beautiful song given the excellent vocal treatment from Roland against a simple background of piano and subtle drumming, is "I Believe". And NO this is definitely not The Batchelors version, or what'shisface and what'shisface - the army rejects - this is a fantastic piece of music and deserves infinitely more respect.
Now we have the track "Broken" which is then followed by "Head Over Heels/Broken" and these are quite rocky little numbers for the boys and the guitaring is excellent from Roland O. They blend well...

Advantages: Hypnotic, luscious voice with interesting lyrical content. Disadvantages: Final tracks are somewhat disappointing.
...sounds, creating a relaxing and melodic mood. The vocals are very soothing on this song, and the tempo and pace gradually moves up then slows back down as the song progresses. 'Stella was a diver and she was always down' is another example of this side of Interpol; the song is sweet yet chilling, and again, his voice is lovely here.
I love the song 'Say hello to the Angels' as it has a very upbeat, dancy rhythm to it. The use of repetition in this song makes it catchy, and the way the singer bursts into song, with difficult to deciepher lyrics, and then contrasts this with clearly spoken words keeps the song interesting and varied. Bouncy would be a good word to describe this song, as it makes me want to sing along, and maybe even spin around in circles.
This album is not perfect; 'Roland' isn't my favourite, as if I'm in an impatient mood...
