Advantages: Intelligent lyrics, Supreme flow, REAL subject matter, Amazing production. MAKES A MODERN STREET CLASSIC! Disadvantages: Rather short album / some crap skits / One average production at track 14
...INTRODUCTION
Before 2003, my old theory was that only certain US rappers (e.g. Guru of Gangstarr) were capable of delivering clever mixtures of sick metaphors and flawless flow over a classic beat to deliver a quality album. After all that's the country where the old school of real Hip Hop originated. Then there are those raw, underground US producers like DJ premier to back up these talented rappers with fine artistry in the beat-making. I never thought UK rap artists could achieve this target in Britain until I came across KLASHNEKOFF in 2003. This was how the story of my respect for Klashnekoff began. Check it:
**INTRO: WHY I PURCHASED THE SAGAS OF... KLASHNEKOFF**
Firstly, I became sick to my stomach of watching videos on MTV Base and KISS channels because of overplayed, PARTY CRAP like those from Blazing Squad...

Advantages: New sound from Tom Delonge Disadvantages: No truly unique songs on the album, all similar styles and sounds
...For Tom Delonge, this is a new sound. He's moved away from the pop-punk style of Blink 182 and has taken his idols to heart with a new sound using more synth and echo. For lovers of Blink and fans of older U2.
Valkyrie Missile: Slow intro to the album, instantly showing you that this album isn't just an extension of Blink 182 or Box Car Racer. Eventually builds up to guitar put through an electronic effect, before bringing in more electronic sounds to build up to the actual song, then you have a drum and palm-muted guitar duet leading onto the vocals, which signals out an anthem for Tom. The song is a bit long but very good, there's little guitar in it and keeps the drums and bass as the main instruments for it, while using electronics. The only real time there is a large presence of guitar is at the end when Tom and David kick...

Advantages: Poooower, Great Music, Dylan un-hidden Disadvantages: none fool
...for the vocals to be delivered and then the song takes off into a burst of fast harmonica and rapid guitar work, with the odd shout from Dylan. Not bad especially when you consider that this song just happened, it was just a spontaneous off-the-cuff occurrence.
'A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall' is another masterpiece to add to the many of this album. This is about the imminence of oblivion. It was written during the Cuban missile crisis of October 1962, and the imagery used is so powerful and disturbing due to that. This is a really powerful statement; Dylan is writing and singing about real human emotion and clearly illustrates what the constant threat of death felt like. There is a feeling of desperation, and of defeat I think too. I wasn't around at the time but I would imagine a person could feel utterly meaningless and insignificant under...
