...Series Vol.4 - Bob Dylan Live 1966."
Subtitle: "The 'Royal Albert Hall' Concert"
Venue: Manchester Free Trade Hall, May 1966
...Background...
Bob Dylan had shot to fame for taking Folk music to the front of international consciousness. From the early unique styled Folk album 'Bob Dylan' Dylan had in fact constantly been shifting his direction. He became the most respected protest songwriter of the time and his songs became anthems for the peace and love movement. With the socially conscious, politically motivating messages Bob Dylan had won the respect of not just society as a whole but also of the intellectual elite. Come 1966 however and something was different. Bob Dylan was a different Bob Dylan to the one who had won over all that respect.

...Ted Hawkins busked on Venice Beech Florida, and attracted large crowds there before being bought to the attention of the UK audience by the globetrotting Andy Kershaw.
The music itself is very simple, with in most cases simple accoustic guitar and Ted's voice as the only instruments, occaisionally joined by his wife on vocals and a couple of frindes on drums and bass.

A slowburning delight...

Advantages: wrestler music in full Disadvantages: are there any?
...Volume 4 of the wwf music includes chris jericho, the big show, edge and other favourites. It is well worht the money and although Test and Vince Mcmahon's music are short it is otherwise a great CD. The only tracks I skip are Mark Henry's sexual chocolate and Billy gunns Mr. Ass as these are either boring or repetitive, otherwise WWF vol4 is perfect. My favourites are big show, undertaker (ministry) Jericho and the stone cold remix. On that note, not a l0t of people might not like that particular track but give it a chance, I think it should have been used as his entrance music because it describes him perfectly (oh hell yeah!). In all this CD is meant fdor anyone who loves wwf. I do and I loved the CD, even non wrestling fans may enjoy this but if you are not sure then don't try it unless you know what the tracks are like. If you love...
