Tell me the truth, Nicole Richie.

Advantages: Hollywood insight, It girl memoirs, unique, drug experiences are interesting
Disadvantages: drugs, may seem shallow to some people

Tell me the truth, Nicole Richie [A review of her novel "The truth about diamonds"] What is it? "The truth about diamonds" is a novel by celebrity Nicole Richie. This book tells a bit of her life, but written from an interesting perspective. Nicole Richie writes as the best friend of a girl named Chloe. Chloe goes through similar events to what Nicole Richie has gone through in her real life - being adopted, taking drugs, becoming famous and making vicious friends. Thus Nicole Richie avoids ridiculing herself, hurting the friends she described in the novel and she also does very well at oberserving her own behaviour in the past and projecting it into Chloe. Who is Nicole Richie? Nicole Richie is singer Lionel Rcihie's adopted daughter. She used to be best friends with Paris Hilton and became famous by staring in "The ...

Review of The Truth About Diamonds - Nicole Richie

The truth, By Roy Keane.

Advantages: In Review.
Disadvantages: In Review.

money was so tight. It was Ireland in the 1970's and 80's and many young people had to travel before they could get work. The first chapter tells us how Roy gets involved in sports and he begins playing football at Rockmount in County Cork, which is not his local team. One of my favourite parts of the whole book is in chapter one when Roy describes his first day in secondary school "Name"? "Roy Keane sir" "You aren’t Johnson’s brother are you"? "Yes sir” From then on he was a marked man at school that just goes to show you the reputation his family had. He didn’t have to tell us that but it is just the warts and all book we all want to see. Near the end of chapter one Roy goes into great detail of how he failed his Junior Cert. or in England GCSE's and without this you were doomed to labouring ...

Review of Keane: The Autobiography - Roy Keane

IS SHE TELLING THE TRUTH ???

Advantages: Cracking read.
Disadvantages: I had to put it down to cook dinner.

Firstly, I would like to than Belfin, who recommended this book in an earlier review. I had this book marked as one to look out for at the library when I had chance. Boy am I glad I did. Now I will have to back through my favourites list to check what else I have book marked to read, because if even half of them turn out to be as entertaining as this book, I will be one happy bunny. I am reviewing 'Plain Truth', which is written by Jodi Picoult. A BIT OF THE PLOT. ----------------------------- The story is centered around two main female characters. Firstly we meet Katie. She is an 18 year old girl who lives in Paradise Pennsylvania and she is Amish. Next we meet Ellie, a defence attorney from Philadelphia who is disillusioned with both her career and her love life and decides to take a trip to see her Aunt 'Leda' in ...
