The tenth instalment of Stephanie Plum, written by Janet Evanovich. Stephanie Plum is a New Jersey bounty hunter. In Ten Big Ones, Steph finds herself in more trouble than even she's come up against before. Managing to anger a local gang, she ends up with a contract out for her death and no place to live for fear of endangering those she loves. With the help of Joe Morelli (a hot Trenton cop) and Ranger (an equally hot bounty hunter and businessman, and manager of RangeMan) among others she stays alive, destroys several more cars and of course, wrestles a naked guy, and kidnaps a gang member ? but that's all everyday stuff for Stephanie Plum! Count to Ten - and then back again

Advantages: Absolutely great read!
Disadvantages: Nothing.

I came about this book, having read 'I'm watching you', another of Karen Rose's books that I recently picked up in a local charity shop. I enjoyed 'I'm watching you' so much, I went and bought this one almost straight away, it arrived at the beginning of the week and I've just finished another superb book by Karen Rose. ~ ~ A little about the author ~ ~ Karen Rose lives in Florida and she actually has a Chemical Engineering degree and she tends to describe her novels as being Romance, rather than crime based. I would say, Romance is there, but Crime is the mainstay though. She began writing while bored at work, and it took off from there. One Laugh Led to Another!

Advantages: Fab character and story, enjoyable read, light hearted
Disadvantages: None

When Tess Jarvis and Jim Ashworth drunkenly sleep together neither of them expects that it will result in a baby.
