Advantages: A very versatile potato product Disadvantages: None
In Northern America hashbrowns are a popular breakfast dish though they can be enjoyed at any time of the day and the Swiss have their own variation of the hashbrown which is called Rosti.
Years ago the hashbrown was given the slightly longer title of the `hashedbrown` but as time went by the `ed` was dropped and the potato dish became known simply as the hashbrown.
So what is a Hashbrown and how is it made?
A hashbrown is in reality a potato cake, raw grated potato is well seasoned and then bound together and formed into patty shapes ready for cooking.
There are many recipe ideas on the Internet but they can be time consuming to prepare and the ready made varieties offer good value.
Many of us put McCains and frozen potato products in the same sentence but the company also provide many other quality frozen food products ...

My name is Katie and I am a hashbrownaholic. Seriously I am!
I had never really thought about hashbrowns until I began flying for a career as air cabin crew. We have yummy hot breakfasts and this featured mini hashbrowns. I am not sure how long McCain have made these; I have never seen any other brand.
Where to buy:
They can be found in the found in the freezer section of a supermarket next to the other potato ...

Right so today I am really on one with bands/albums ranging from the mid 80s to the late 90s and seeing as I am, what sort of reviewer would I be if I didn't at least give a quick mention to Texas?
Southside by Texas is one of their most acclaimed albums. Released in 1995 with timeless classics like 'I dont want a lover', the album still rings true with audiences today.
Although they have taken their name from an american state, they are essentially a Scottish pop/rock band. Their music does seem to adopt some of the texan stealy guitar sound and although singer and rhythm guiatris Sharleen Spiter has a lovely Scottish accent, she sings with an american accent (which is a shame but common of the era).
This album has some really great pop songs, I dont Want a Lover being one of many. The overal quality of the vocals is really ...
