Advantages: Helps tackle Depression/PMT Disadvantages: Can effect other medication
Not long ago my friend battled through depression. It was an extremely difficult time for her, during which she spent a lot of time seeing doctors, trying new medications etc. She finally managed to lift herself out of it. But not from the help of the doctors but from this herbal remedy called StJohns Wort that she got from Holland and Barrett...for less than £5! So after watching her go though it and how much this helped I thought I would give you some more information on the product.

How has it helped me?
I?ve always been a little wary of taking prescribed anti-depressants after being prescribed one some years ago and having a very bad reaction to it where I suffered palpitations, and breathing difficulties. So on a couple of occasions when I have suffered from mild depression I have turned to StJohn?s Wort for help. I have always told my doctor that I wish to take these as I take various prescribed medications, and I would advise that anyone thinking of using StJohn?s Wort should do the same as it can make certain drugs less effective!!!

Advantages: I know i can always rely on "the precinct" Disadvantages: it can be quite dingy on a cold winters day
Never in a million years would I have thought of doing an op on StJohn's precinct. But after coming across several somewhat negative reviews on the place i wouldn't be able to sleep without giving people the opportunity to read what StJohn's shopping centre is really all about.
